• Venue AV Requirements – Venue must have adequate internet bandwidth (minimum 50 Mbps upload recommended) and power
• Remote Speakers Limited – Up to 20 remote speaker technical preps included; additional at $50/speaker
• 90-Day On-Demand – Extended hosting beyond 90 days available at $200/month
• No Hardware Provision – We manage software/streaming; venue or you provide cameras, microphones, screens

We’re platform-agnostic and recommend based on your needs and budget. Common choices include Hopin (best all-around), vFairs (strong exhibition features), Zoom Events (simplicity), and Whova (mobile-first). We guide the selection process.

Can virtual attendees ask questions during sessions?
Absolutely. Our hybrid Q&A system collects questions from both virtual (via platform) and in-person (via app or microphones) audiences. Moderators curate and present questions to speakers seamlessly.

What about poster sessions?
Virtual poster sessions are available as an add-on ($999). This includes digital poster gallery, scheduled presenter availability, and video call capability for poster discussions.

How do you handle different time zones?
For international audiences, we can implement delayed streaming for different regions, schedule networking sessions at varied times, and ensure on-demand content is immediately available. Custom timezone strategies available.

Can this be added to your conference management packages?

What if we only need basic streaming (no networking features)?
