From a pile of journals to one report
Portfolio review
We review every journal you own: platform, policies, workflow, output and current cost. You get one report covering all of them, with a per-journal proposal attached.
Standardize
Policies, platform and workflow are brought to one standard. Journals not yet on OJS are migrated one at a time. Editors sign off on their own journal's policies before they go live.
Operate
The central desk runs intake, reviewer chasing, production and DOI registration for every journal. Each editor-in-chief receives a monthly status report; the research office sees the whole portfolio on one dashboard.
Annual council report & renewal
Once a year we write the report council actually reads: output, turnaround, costs and issues per journal. Renewal is per journal, so a title can be added, paused or closed without touching the others.

Editorial independence
The journal's own editors keep final authority over reviewer selection, editorial assessment and acceptance. NeucitePress runs the process and the infrastructure — never the decision.
Platform independence
Open-source software (OJS), your own domain, your own DOI prefix, and full data export on request. You can leave at any time with everything.
No indexing guarantees
Inclusion in DOAJ, Scopus, Web of Science, MEDLINE or any other database is decided solely by that database. We prepare, document and apply — we do not promise outcomes.
