Single-Blind Review
Reviewers know author identities, but authors don't know reviewer identities. This is our standard model for most book chapters.

Yes. You may suggest up to 3 potential reviewers who have relevant expertise and no conflicts of interest. You may also request exclusion of up to 3 individuals with documented conflicts. Editors consider these preferences but are not bound by them. Suggesting reviewers can speed up the process.
When reviewers provide conflicting recommendations, the editor may seek an additional review, make a decision based on their own assessment, or discuss specific points with you. You'll receive all reviewer comments regardless of agreement, allowing you to address each perspective in your revision.
Submit a point-by-point response letter addressing each reviewer comment. Indicate where changes were made (with page/line numbers) or provide reasoned explanations for not making changes. Be respectful even when disagreeing. Changes in the manuscript should be highlighted or tracked for easy identification.
You may withdraw your manuscript at any time before acceptance by contacting the editorial office. Once accepted, withdrawal requires editor approval and may only be granted for valid reasons. Manuscripts should not be submitted elsewhere while under review at NeucitePress.
Yes. All decision letters include complete reviewer comments (with reviewer identities removed). This transparency helps you understand the basis for decisions and guides your revisions. We believe constructive feedback, even for rejected manuscripts, supports author development.
