Refunds and cancellations
You pay for work done, not for work stopped. Cancel before work starts for a full refund; after that, you pay only for completed stages, and our own errors are always fixed free.
What happens in each case
These terms apply to fixed-price medical communication services bought on this site. Your written confirmation names the stages of your order.

Questions about refunds
Is a journal rejection grounds for a refund?
No. Publication decisions belong to the journal, and no one can promise acceptance. Clinic Data to Paper includes one round of reviewer response, and we help you choose the next journal.
When does work start?
When you approve the written confirmation of scope and dates we send within 24 hours of your order. Until then, a cancellation is refunded in full.
How are refunds paid?
To the original payment method, by Neucite LLC (US), which bills all medical communication work.
Who decides whether the data can support a paper?
We review the data, ethics approval and consent first and tell you in writing what they can and cannot support. If you disagree, you may cancel on the same terms.
