We assess the manuscript against the journal scope you provide, submission completeness, the presence of ethics and consent statements, relevant reporting guidance, a supplied similarity report and obvious methodological issues that may need clarification.

Editorial Independence

NeucitePress does not recommend acceptance or rejection, issue a decision or contact the author. The journal’s editor decides whether to return the manuscript, send it to review, reject it or continue by another route.

Data Handling

Manuscripts are treated as confidential, retained only for the agreed service period plus thirty days and then deleted. They are not used for model training or shared with third parties.
