From Health Check to application — with a gate at every step
Weeks 1–4: Health Check and eligibility map
We score the journal against 11 pain areas and each database’s criteria, then hand you a map with earliest realistic dates and a two-page leadership summary.
Typically 6–12 months: remediation with gates
Each blocking item on the roadmap is fixed and evidenced. An application is unlocked only when the gate for that database is passed, not before.
When eligible: application prepared and submitted
We assemble the documentation, draft the submission with your editor-in-chief, submit and track it. The database decides; we do not.
After the decision: support and annual dashboard
Queries answered, a rejection turned into a diagnostic and reapplication plan, and a yearly dashboard so leadership sees where the journal stands.

An application to any database is prepared only after the journal passes the eligibility gate for it. We would rather tell you "not yet" than submit something the database will decline.
